Cheat List 
On the title screen enter CIRCLE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, SQUARE, 
SQUARE, SQUARE, SQUARE. Cheats are now unlocked in the special features 
menu. Here are the cheats that are unlocked: 

All Fugitives 
All Weapons 
Invincibility 
Infinite Ammo  

Unlock Bin Laden 
To unlock someone who looks an awful lot like Osama Bin Laden, play the 
Afghanistan-Pakistan Border mission. Pause the game and press CIRCLE, CIRCLE, 
CIRCLE, SQUARE, SQUARE, SQUARE. This will make every few enemies look like 
Bin Laden. Note: They will still be normal in every way except appearance, and will 
not be a Boss opponent.
