Get runners on base easily when batting: 
If there is an inside pitch out of the strike zone press R2 + Left or Right to position 
the batter inward and get hit by the pitch.

Easy pitches:
This trick only works under the trainee and rookie difficulty settings. To get 
straight balls down the middle, pretend to bunt by holding Circle until the pitcher is 
about to throw the ball. He should throw it straight down the middle all the time. 

Perfect game:
Have a created pitcher and choose the knuckle ball as your best pitch. Max out all 
your points on it. In a game, throw the ball very low to the ground and hold it any 
way that you want it to go. This will get you at least twenty to twenty two 
strikeouts per game. Do not throw the ball too high.
