Secret Options 
In Story Mode, at the Billiard Table Selection, hold
L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Select + Start 

Stage Select
Start Trick Game mode, then select the Number and Game Count. 
Highlight the word "Exit" and Hold L1,L2,R1,R2 and leave
