All-Star team
 
 At the main menu, highlight the "Exhibition Game" option and press Up(2),
 Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Circle. If you entered the code
 correctly, you will hear a sound. Now hold L1 + R1 and press Circle to select
 the All-Star team.
