 At the main menu, highlight the "Practice" selection and press

 Select, Down, Select(4) to unlock the "Maniac mode" option on the

 Play as Shadow Geist and Garuda
 
 At the main menu, highlight the "Versus" selection and press
 Select(3), Down, Select(4), Up, Select(3) to unlock Shadow Geist and
 Garuda. Alternatively, complete Garuda's combo set to unlock Shadow
 Geist. Complete all combo sets up to M. Bison (Vega). Then, advance
 through M. Bison's combo set until a message that states a hidden
