 Pause the game and highlight the "Exit" option. Then, hold L2 and 
 press Left, Circle, Up, Down, Right(2), Left, Triangle, Up, Down. 
 If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Resume

 Then, hold Start + Down + Up, and Gex will float up, then release 
 Start. You can move him anywhere with the D-pad. Press Down to disable 
 declip mode.
