If you are having problems because barbarians are knocking
 down your walls don't give up. Build your walls with wells.
 They cost less and The enemy can't get through it.
 
 Edit Cheat:
 
 Save game under the default name of CAESARXX.SAV.  Exit to DOS and
 edit the file.
 
 Change hex offset E to 7F,7F - Reload the game and you'll have
 29000 cash.

 Use wells to create an outer wall.
